I believe that some people still bother themselves flooding <meta> keywords with numerous amount of rubbish keywords. The purpose was to achieve certain ranks on search engine listing. Let’s face the fact that modern search engines don’t even care about it anymore even if the keywords are related to your site.
Rather than focusing on <meta> keywords, it’s best for you to concentrate more on <meta> description. This way if someone searches some information it will returns the link to the site along with some description of that page.
For example on this blog, a Page page, Single entry or full post view uses an excerpt of the entry for <meta> description. The default blog description is use on front page or few other pages. In WordPress, this can be done easily with Head META Description plugin.
Let’s clear the HEAD and add some valuable information instead.
