Last night me and her went to One Utama Shopping Complex. It’s been a long time plan and finally we decided to get another female turtle at Pets Wonderland to be Ichi’s new friend. Ichi had grown 3 times the original size when first I got it. Comparing to the size of a little baby turtle, it’s way huge.

It’s kinda late so we both are in a hurry. When we arrive at Pets Wonderland, we headed to the turtle aquarium at the cashier counter. We can’t believe the price, it was RM16+. There’s another species of turtle(forgot the name is) that cost about RM3. But we insist to buy the same species like Ichi.

June told me that there’s another small shop at the top floor selling baby turtle for RM6. Without hesitation we head over to the top floor. So it’s true, but it’s RM7 instead of RM6. Maybe because the raise of the fuel price. Then she make sure that the baby turtle is female. The size of the baby turtle is small like the size of my foot thumb. Thank God that I didn’t forget to bring along the portable fish tank. So we had no problem bringing the new baby turtle home.

Then we headed back to Pets Wonderland to survey some stuff since I’ve been thinking of getting bigger tank for the turtles. We buy turtle pellets rather than the usual size, since it’s gonna be for two from now on. Sadly it’s not the same brand but it’s cheaper and cost RM5.50 for 85g which the usual brand we use to buy cost RM4.50 for 40g.

And so, the new baby turtle will be staying in the portable fish tank for a while before putting it in the same tank with Ichi. The new baby turtle is like 3 times the size of Ichi. It’s either gonna be crush or bully by Ichi or maybe worst. Although I heard June calling it as Mia. But I named the new baby turtle as Mako. So, Mako it is uwekkk!!

Why Mako?

Mako is one of the female character and racer in a very popular Japan anime, the Initial D that drives a blue sil-eighty. Besides, it’s a kawaii name.
