Have you seen the 8TV’s Birthday Baby? I bet you have if you’re a fan of that TV station. Frankly speaking, each time I saw it during commercials it reminds me a lot of South Park’s Butters Stotch. I guess when the 8TV Birthday Baby turns 9, it will definitely looks like Butters.
